Founding CEO
Founding Partner and Managing Director of ForthInvestment, Massa BALIMA has more than 10 years of experience in project management within the largest companies in France and Canada. He holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). He is one of the founders of ForthInvestment and is the current Managing Director of ForthInvestment Africa, based in Ouagadougou. He has significant experience in financing and fundraising for SMEs and has a perfect knowledge of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Burkina Faso. He is also in contact with several international players in the field of financing and support for SMEs.
Landry PARKOUDA
Associate - Founder
Passionate about finance and entrepreneurship, Mr. Parkouda holds a degree in management sciences from the prestigious University of Paris-Dauphine, and an MBA from Anderson Business School in the United States. After 7 years in the world's leading audit and consulting firm, PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) France on financial audit and risk management topics, he co-founded ForthInvestment in 2015 and served as Chairman until he joined the Investissement &partners (I&P) investment fund in 2018. Since 2018, he has led the activities of the I&P investment fund for Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger, assumes the functions of strategic and financial advisor to ForthInvestment, and sits on the board of directors of several companies of various sizes and sectors of activity (10 million to 6 billion CFA francs in turnover, in finance, construction, agri-food, industry, etc.).
Serge OUEDRAGO
Associate - Founder
Mr. OUEDRAOGO has several years of experience as an actor in the field of computer security for major accounts. Co-founder of ForthInvestment, he then created Eodim, a digital services company. Trained as a network engineer, Mr. OUEDRAOGO holds a Master's degree in Computer Systems and Networks from IngéSup (Toulouse).
Thierry ZAGRÉ

Mr. ZAGRE holds a PhD in risk management and decision-making in international projects from the École de technologies supérieure de Montréal. He has been teaching business management since 2011 in universities in Burkina Faso. To date, he is a consultant and entrepreneur and trainer. He is also one of the partners of ForthInvestment. As a partner, he is involved in coaching and supporting entrepreneurs on a daily basis.
Ali Éric KONATÉ

Mr. Konaté works at Google in the UK managing large-scale technical programs. Prior to joining Google, Mr. Konaté spent more than a decade in leading consulting firms. First, technical architecture consulting on large-scale digital transformation programs at Accenture Consulting (more than 6 years), then strategy consulting at BCG-Boston Consulting Group (more than 4 years). He is an engineer with a degree in integration and deployment of information systems from Télécom Sud Paris (Institut Polytechnique de Paris).
Mouniratou BARRO

Currently Head of Risk and Compliance/Head of ESG Risks at Fidelis Finance, she was for three years in charge of professional affairs at BNP Paribas. An entrepreneur of character, she is president of the children's aid association Play and Give and facilitator of the Be One networking club. Mouniratou is bilingual and holds a double master's degree in finance and financial risk management from the ISC of Paris and the University of Cergy-Pontoise.
Sidiki SÉRÉ

Mr. SERE holds a Master's degree in Innovation and Rural Development and a Master's degree in Agricultural Economics. Currently, he is in the process of becoming a public policy specialist. These skills are combined with his passion for monitoring, evaluation and capitalization where he is arguably one of the best of his generation. A pioneer in the integration of the web in monitoring and evaluation in Burkina Faso, Mr. SERE is an outstanding data analyst and an ace in data collection and processing. He is a recognized expert in monitoring and evaluation and learning of development projects. Since 2010, Mr SERE has been committed to working in the field of rural development. He has held several positions that have given him great expertise in the monitoring and management and capitalization of development projects. He has a great mastery of andragogy and information systems. He has ten (10) years of professional experience in the public and private sectors and in consulting, including conducting evaluations and training project teams on various themes with high added value on behalf of various organizations in several African countries. Mr. Sidiki T. SERE has an in-depth knowledge of the rural context of Burkina Faso, which has enabled him to contribute to the development of several strategic documents in his country, Burkina Faso.

Mr. TSE is the founder of Wingtech Solutions, a consulting firm, and the co-founder of Winko, a technology start-up. A chemical engineer by training, he has expertise in all topics related to entrepreneurship, as well as in business development, supply chain and manufacturing. He holds an MBA from CEIBS and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship from H.E.C. Paris.
