Landry PARKOUDA
Chairman - Co-Founder
Passionate about finance, entrepreneurship, and impact, Landry holds a degree in Management Sciences from Université Paris-Dauphine, an MBA from Anderson Business School in the USA, and a Sustainable Leadership program certificate from HEC Paris. After 7 years at the global audit and consulting leader, PricewaterhouseCoopers France, focusing on financial audit and risk management, he co-founded ForthInvestment in 2015. In 2018, he joined the investment fund Investisseurs&Partenaires, where he managed operations in West Africa and invested from €200K to €5M in various companies across different sizes and sectors. In 2024, he returned full-time to co-lead ForthInvestment’s expansion alongside Massa Balima.
Landry PARKOUDA

General Manager - Co-founder
Partner – Founder and General Manager of ForthInvestment, Massa BALIMA has over 10 years of experience in project management within major companies in France and Canada. He holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). He is one of the founders of ForthInvestment and is currently the General Manager of ForthInvestment Africa, based in Ouagadougou. In his role, he has significant experience in financing and fundraising for SMEs and a perfect understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Burkina Faso. He is also in contact with several international players in SME financing and support.

Mohamed Diallo
Co-founder
Mohamed Diallo is an experienced leader with over a decade in innovation, technology, and impact. As Vice-President and Co-founder of ForthInvestment since 2015, he is dedicated to accelerating and financing entrepreneurs for Africa’s development. A graduate in Information Technologies from UVSQ and a Network and Telecommunications Engineer from Télécom Paris, Mohamed honed his expertise at Accenture, first as a Business & Systems Integration Analyst and then as a Global Process Manager. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to become CEO of DataImpuls in 2017.

Serge OUEDRAOGO

Mr. OUEDRAOGO has several years of experience as an IT security professional serving major accounts. Co-founder of ForthInvestment, he subsequently created Eodim, a digital services company. A trained Network Engineer, Mr. OUEDRAOGO holds a Master’s degree in Computer Systems and Networks from IngéSup (Toulouse).

Thierry ZAGRÉ

Mr. ZAGRE holds a PhD in Management, specializing in risk and decision-making processes in international projects from the École de Technologie Supérieures de Montréal. He has been teaching business management at universities in Burkina Faso since 2011. Currently, he is a consultant, entrepreneur, and trainer. He is also one of the partners at ForthInvestment. In his role as a partner, he daily coaches and supports entrepreneurs.

Mr. KONATÉ works at Google in the United Kingdom, leading large-scale technical programs. Before joining Google, Mr. Konaté spent over ten years in major consulting firms. First, technical architecture consulting on large digital transformation programs with Accenture Consulting (over 6 years), then strategy consulting with BCG – Boston Consulting Group (over 4 years). He is a qualified engineer in information system integration and deployment from Télécom Sud Paris (Institut Polytechnique de Paris).

Currently Head of the Risk and Compliance Department / ESG Risk Manager at Fidelis Finance, she previously spent three years as a professional business officer at BNP Paribas. Entrepreneurial by nature, she is the president of the Play and Give child aid association and leads the Be One Club socio-professional networking club. Mouniratou is bilingual and holds a double master’s degree in finance and Financial Risk Management from ISC Paris and the University of Cergy Pontoise.

Mr. SERE holds a master’s degree in innovation and rural development and a master’s in Agricultural Economics. Currently, he is on his way to becoming a public policy specialist. These skills are combined with his passion for monitoring, evaluation, and capitalization, where he is undoubtedly one of the best of his generation. A pioneer in integrating the web into monitoring and evaluation in Burkina Faso, Mr. SERE is an outstanding data analyst and an ace at data collection and processing. He is a proven expert in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning for development projects. Since 2010, Mr. SERE has been resolutely committed to working in rural development. He has held several positions that have given him extensive expertise today in the monitoring, management, and capitalization of development projects. He has a strong command of andragogy and Information Systems. He has ten (10) years of professional experience in the public and private sectors and in consulting, particularly in conducting evaluations and training project teams on various high-value-added topics for various organizations and in several African countries. Mr. Sidiki T. SERE has a deep knowledge of the Burkinabè rural context, which has enabled him to contribute significantly to the development of several strategic documents in his country, Burkina Faso.

Djoari Olivier OUOBA

Djoari OUOBA, Entrepreneur and Consultant. He has over 10 years’ experience in Investment Banking, Microfinance and Fintech in France, the United States and West Africa. In 2016, he co-founded BurkinAction, an organization serving the diaspora wishing to settle on the continent, and held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Baobab Burkina, a benchmark microfinance group in West Africa, where he contributed to the launch and growth of Operations. Since 2020, he has been advising foreign companies wishing to operate in West Africa. Today, he is Country Launcher at Wave Mobile Money, an African-American start-up specializing in money transfers and digital payments, and the first unicorn in French-speaking Africa. As a result of this experience, he is a laureate of the French-African Foundation’s Young Leaders Class of 2019, which works to generate committed leaders. Djoari has been a partner at Forth Investment since 2016 and has a Strategic role within the company.

Cheick Traoré: TMT Investment Specialist Cheick Traoré is an industry specialist with IFC (International Finance Corporation), where he draws on his in-depth expertise in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) sector. Cheick has significant consulting experience, having previously worked as an external consultant for GTM Business Operations and Accenture. These experiences have enabled him to develop a keen understanding of the strategic and operational challenges facing companies in the TMT sector. Holder of an MBA from INSEAD, Cheick Traoré combines a strong academic background with sharp investment skills. His profile enables him to identify and realize growth opportunities in a constantly evolving TMT ecosystem.

Tene ABO: A seasoned leader of the West African Bank With forty years’ experience in the West African banking sector, Tene ABO is a respected figure to be reckoned with. Her career has been marked by leading roles, notably as an independent director of sub-regional banks, where she brought her strategic expertise and vision of governance to bear. Her time at Ecobank UEMOA as Chief of Staff to the Executive Director was decisive, positioning her at the heart of the institution’s strategic decisions. Prior to this, she demonstrated her managerial skills as Managing Director of Ecobank Guinea-Bissau, where she was able to energize and develop local operations. Holder of an MBA in international business from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, Tene ABO combines a strong academic background with in-depth knowledge of banking and financial mechanisms.
